The Logistics Forum Talent & Logistics Awards have already been confirmed and announced, they want to recognize good practices in Talent management and development, implemented and evaluated in companies in the logistics sector.
The intention of the awards is to accompany and make visible the initiatives that make companies and organizations actors of organizational change and people development.
The deadline for submitting applications is open until September 16, 2022. Any company or public or private organization can submit an application. In order to participate, you must access the Forodelogistica website in the Awards section and fill in the corresponding form with your data.
Categories
The TALENT & LOGISTICS awards have four categories and a special mention.
- Category 1
Good practices in talent management. Attraction and retention of talent, selection, integration, training and development in the company. - Category 2
Good practices in diversity and inclusion. Inclusion, cultural diversity and equality projects. - Category 3
For the best educational project. Educational and training projects in logistics, transport and mobility. - Category 4
Young Talent. To the best academic record in professional and higher training cycles in logistics, transport and mobility.
Jury
Los encargados en deliberar y elegir a los premiados en cada una de las categorías son los equipos profesionales de Foro de Logística, junto con reconocidos profesionales del sector y sus organizaciones.
Los premios se entregarán en la edición 2022 del FORO DE TALENTO LOGÍSTICO el próximo 6 de octubre en Madrid.
