Logistics contracting in Spain reaches a historic record in the first half of 2022

Investment in the logistics sector in the first half of 2022 has reached 1,175 million euros, one of the highest figures reached to date.

Logistics activity in the center of the peninsula and Valencia 

The Spanish logistics sector reached from the beginning of the year to June 2022 a contracting of 1,485,000 m², where Valencia and Madrid stand out as protagonists, the latter with a contracting of 687,000 m² (87% has been net contracting), which The total figure represents the highest recorded in the last decade and an increase of 9% compared to that reached in the same period of 2021.
